Central Register of Contracts
Civil law contracts recording in accordance with the current legal obligations.
The amended law of June 9, 2022 imposes an obligation to register contracts for the public finance sector and local government units. By implementing a dedicated tool to manage the publication process, you can meet all the legal requirements.
How it works
The main purpose of OXARI system is to register contracts entered into by offices with contractors
and individuals. OXARI can be customized to meet the individual needs of an office. Moreover, the office contract register synchronizes with the Central Register of Contracts. OXARI Centralny Rejestr Umow system is a response to the Law of October 14, 2021 amending the Criminal Code and some other laws.
The law defines the required set of attributes the system administrator uses to easily enter records into the registry. Each record is accompanied by a document scan, allowing the office to have a current and detailed view of the records maintained. The system has a built-in mechanism that retrieves contractors’ registration data
from the Statistics Poland database.
Central Register of Contracts
An important system component is the ability to define individuals and their roles. Each department can thus designate a person responsible for this process in the office.
One of the important requirements under the law is the obligation to ultimately synchronize the office’s contract records with the Central Register of Contracts. OXARI Centralny Rejestr Umow system supports this as well. OXARI Centralny Rejestr Umow can be customized to meet the individual needs of an office.
